Meet Our Exceptional and Caring Staff!
Fiore Montessori School attracts dedicated, highly-qualified faculty and staff. Each Montessori Guide (or teacher) has earned a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, as well as a graduate level diploma from the Association Montessori International (AMI) for the age level she teaches. In many cases, the Guides also possess a Master’s degree. The AMI training program is a rigorous study of child psychology and development as well as the Montessori philosophy and pedagogy.
Our classroom assistants and support staff are well-educated with passionate interests. Each member of our team shares a love of children and desire to assist young people so that they develop to their full potential. We maintain regular, in-house staff to assist in our classrooms in the case of an absences so that the children experience seamless consistency from day to day.
|SANDEEP LOHIA||Founder and Head of School||Sandeep founded Fiore Montessori along with his wife, Sailini, in 2010. The motivation to start Fiore came from having his own children, and the need to raise them to be confident, responsible and happy adults. Upon reviewing the landscape for childcare, they concluded that the authentic Montessori method represented a tremendous opportunity for humanity. It is among the very few scientific and holistic approaches available for preschool children and a significant opportunity for elementary age to develop every child's unique gifts, instead of attempting to mold every child according to a standardized benchmark. In 2012, Sandeep assumed the role of head of school at Fiore Montessori. The school became accredited by the AMI USA (Association of Montessori Internationale) as a committed practitioner of the authentic Montessori accreditation standards. Sandeep is trained as an Engineer and holds an M.B.A. He believes that a strong foundation is essential to long term success and is passionate about producing a conducive environment at Fiore for every child to develop a strong foundation for success and happiness.|
